[developers] updated debian, logon fails

Thank you both! I put a note on LogonDebian that the issue may have
been solved.
@oe I ran the experiment of doing svn up for logon (to get your libs)
and then `apt-get remove libpng12-0'. Restarted emacs and logon and no
problems loading. Seems that the issue is solved.
