[developers] Trouble Installing LKB on Ubuntu 16.04

Hello,
Thank you so much for the help! With those instructions I was able to get
LKB up and running on my system. In addition to the libraries that page
says to install, I also installed:
- libxpm4:i386
- libxt6:i386
- libxmu6:i386
as per the instructions here

information is relevant to anyone.
