[developers] Regarding to English-German translation.

Dear Jain,

having recovered from my laptop being stolen and a follow-up crash of
the SSD on my old laptop I use as a replacement for now, I am ready to
answer your questions. 

The main issue I gather from your posts is how to generate from DMRS.
Honestly, I have never tested this. Why don't you tell me a bit more
about your project, why DMRS vs. MRS, what is missing and the like.
