[developers] ICONS support added to delphin-viz interface

Hi all,

Mike mentioned to me recently that the vanilla MRS rendering in delphin-viz
<https://github.com/delph-in/delphin-viz> didn't support ICONS constraints
properly. I've now added this support, which you can see in action here
<http://delph-in.github.io/delphin-viz/demo/#input=This%20example%20sentence,%20you%20might%20enjoy.&count=5&grammar=ergtrunk-uw&tree=true&mrs=true>

Note that you need to be using a grammar with ICONS support. In the demo
there's an entry for the ERG trunk version, which has ICONS analyses, and
which which Mike has set up on a University Washington machine.

More generally, I'm happy to keep supporting the delphin-viz tools. If you
encounter any issues while using it or have suggestions for improvement,
