The "Malformed output from ACE" error was spurious and was fixed in a
recent commit (
https://github.com/delph-in/pydelphin/commit/78a0bd97df1bbf572eea4a8f1b27ea1e18930f73).
You can probably ignore it (unless it's preventing you from getting some
useful info) or update to a recent version of the 'develop' branch of
PyDelphin. I expect to make a new release very soon, if you want to wait
for that instead.
