[developers] LUI binaries in the main LKB repository

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to use this opportunity to mention (hopefully not hijacking
this conversation) that one of the issues we've long been having with
MacLui is unicode support (see the attachment). So if a new version is
built perhaps that could be addressed there?
