[itsdb] Getting [incr tsdb()] to run

hi tommy,

apologies, you seem to be the fourth person running into this problem
in a little more than one week!  what a popular piece of software :-).
the current `latest' build on the LinGO download site is flawed, but
once you move to the `test' build, all should work well:

  wget http://lingo.stanford.edu/ftp/etc/install
  bash install --test

i will try to get the flawed build out of the way as soon as possible.
