[itsdb] [incr tsdb()] and PVM problems

Thanks Stephan, editing /etc/hosts as described appears to have fixed
that problem.

I will document this fix at http://wiki.delph-in.net/moin/LogonRedhat
as soon as the wiki is made mutable (*nudge*).
