[itsdb] Generating with ACE Problems

hi tore,

‘client exit’ just means the ACE process terminated, possibly because some property of the input tripped it up.

try adding ‘:file t’ to the tsdb() call starting the cpu, or log for the right (hidden) PVM log file in $LOGONTMP; maybe there are client-side messages before the exit(2)?

i recall woodley and berthold had identified some patches required to make ACE and [incr tsdb()] work together for generation. i copy them on this message.

woodley and i will be in the same place next week, so (time permitting) we might try to straighten out the interfaces between ACE and [incr tsdb()].

best, oe
