[lkb] LKB under Ubuntu on Mac

Thanks, Francis. I'm happy to report that that works, and I am
able to run the lkb on my mac under ubuntu under parallels. The
dog barks!
For the archives, the path to dot.bashrc within DELPHINHOME is
actually this: ${DELPHINHOME}/lkb/etc/dot.bashrc
