[logon] (long overdue) Barcelona release; [incr tsdb()] updates

dear all,

just a quick note to confirm what, i hope, everyone assumed anyway: i
completed the Barcelona release in early september. i need to update
the LOGON wiki pages, and then i expect to announce the release on the
`developers' list. in any case, the LOGON SVN `trunk' is open again
for development.

i checked in a number of elementary [incr tsdb()] and tsdb(1) changes
these past few days. in parsing Wikipedia, we need a larger space of
identifiers: so i changed tsdb(1) (the underlying database) to support
64-bit integers (`long long' in C). a few corresponding changes were
necessary in [incr tsdb()] (i.e. the Lisp code) too, but as of today i
am optimistic things work as i think they should.

at the same time, i committed new PET binaries, reflecting the latest
revisions on the CM branch; here too, there should be no user-visible
changes.

i would be glad if people `make update' their LOGON trees frequently,
and please let me know in case you see any surprising (new) behavior.

                                                  best wishes - oe
