[matrix] [Fwd: tense and mood info in rmrs]

Hello,
below I reposte a message I sent to the rmrs list, to suggest changes to the
RMRS DTD for the encoding of tense and mood.

Alex had been positive about changing the current encoding.
Ann suggests to discuss the linguistic issues on the matrix list (see 
below).
So, could you please give your opinion about the proper encoding?
Does someone see a way of representing the pres/prog distinction in the 
present
encoding of RMRS (see the link below)? And would you agree to adding
perf/pres features in parallel what is done in the (at least German and 
English)
HPSG grammars?
