[matrix] customization failed?

Dear all,
still struggling to get everything working, we now had a look at the
downloaded matrix grammar created with our choices file and most of the
files are empty, like the lexicon or the rules.tdl. 
We first thought it was a downloading problem and repeated the process,
but with the same result. Could you please check what's wrong? There
don't seem to be any error messages. Thanks so much in advance!
