[matrix] [lkb] downloading and installing LKB / The Grammar Matrix

It would be very nice to have a default download (or two) with
everything filled out.  Something like an extra button with "Insert
sample choices for Japanese" (or possibly even some other language).
I wanted to check the latest Matrix no-MSG settings the other day, but
was too rushed at the time (and since)  to go through and fill out
several pages of forms.

Note, this is just a vague wishlist, not an urgent request...
