[pet] PET code / modules to delete because unsupported or unused

hi bernd,

thanks for pushing this forward!  for all i can tell, all modules on
your list can and should go.  i could tidy up the YY tokenizer in
the next few days to eliminate its use of the position mapper.

i believe there are a few more unused left-overs from the YY and
Deep-Thought days that we can seek to weed out once there are
fewer dependencies.  i am thinking of the -nmeanings option, for
example, and code for input items that are neither word or stem;
maybe even exhaustive unpacking should be eliminated?

but i am getting ahead of myself; maybe one step at a time :-).

looking forward to a cleaned-up PET code base, oe
