[developers] problems generating .mem file

hi montse,

i'd guess you used a virtual profile in the original setup, to
'tie together' the 102+ individual treebanks for training?  can
you say a little more about what exactly goes wrong, maybe
send on whatever errors messages you get, plus the log file
created during the attempt to train the MEM model?
