Yes, the single-quote form is no longer promoted. The Matrix, however, had
'null_coord_rel and 'implicit_coord_rel until 07 May 2014, so any Matrix
grammars customized prior to that date would have them (although they might
not be in use). For that reason I support them, but I didn't mean to
legitimize their use. I've updated the PredicateRfc wiki page to make that
more clear.

Ok, this is good to know. I have some more questions, but I'll start a new
