Do these include full MRSs, or are they all bilexical? (A quick skim of the
LREC paper suggests bilexical, but it's possible I've missed the key bit
in my hurry this morning.)

I think that would be a great development!

There may or may not be---some people at least seem to be interested in
parsing
still, not interested in the PTB anymore, and probably willing to modify
spindly
trees into something more compact---but there is certainly interest in
'semantic parsing', so if the SDP collection does not include the full MRS,
then that at least could be the kind of addition that would encourage
broader uptake.
Maybe even in Penman format (though I won't encourage Mike to work on that
until
he's done dissertating!).
