[developers] Docu of the MaxEnt .mem file structure?

Hi all,

I was wondering whether there is any documentation about the structure 
of the MaxEnt ranking model .mem files and/or how to create your own 
model? In fact, for my purposes it's probably enough to modify an 
existing model for the ERG (e.g., redwoods.mem), however, I could need 
some guidance on understanding the format of the following lines (the 
first few of redwoods.mem):
